1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners, including major metros, Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and rural areas. Serviceability of your PIN code is confirmed at checkout. At present we ship only within India; international shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 working days) of order and payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the courier name and tracking number via email/SMS.
3. Delivery Timelines

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
- Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts at the provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- If delivery fails after all attempts, the package is returned to us (RTO). We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping charges may apply) or process a refund of the product amount.
- Please ensure the delivery address, PIN code and phone number provided at checkout are accurate. RS PRIME COMMERCE is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with or unsealed at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately at +91 9759329380. If you notice damage after opening, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video for the fastest resolution under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Title & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon successful delivery of the shipment at the address provided by you. Proof of delivery recorded by our courier partner shall be conclusive evidence of delivery.
