These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RS PRIME COMMERCE, in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. 2. Eligibility

Use of this Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. RS PRIME COMMERCE is engaged in the online retail of electronics and gaming accessories, including but not limited to gaming laptops, headsets, mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, monitors, controllers and related peripherals. All products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product information, images, specifications and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur, and we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are entirely error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• Payments are processed through secure, RBI-authorised payment gateway partners (including CCAvenue) supporting credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and popular wallets.
• We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• In the event of a payment failure where the amount has been debited from your account, the amount will be automatically reversed by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the case of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount collected will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

5. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. RS PRIME COMMERCE reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. An order is deemed accepted only when it has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation has been sent to your registered email address or phone number.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned product passing our quality inspection.

As a condition of your use of the Website, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable central, state or local laws of India;
